Track your order
Your tracking number is in the shipping email we send when your order leaves the warehouse.
- Open the shipping email and find the tracking number or the tracking link.
- Open the link, or paste the number into the carrier's tracking page.
- Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 days after your order ships.
Tracking can stay on the first scan for a few days. It updates as the parcel moves.
If the tracking has not moved for 7 days, email contact@lastpops.com with your order number. Email us too if it says delivered and you do not have the parcel. If a parcel is lost, we send a replacement at no cost.
